Note on dispute resolution

Honodo is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) – this includes self-employed sole practitioners and freelancers, but not consumers. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
