You enter your firm details and document templates once, create a project and prepare a quote with HOAI or your own items. From it you create invoices with the project, customer and quote data carried over; interim invoices and the final invoice also stay linked to the project. Finished PDFs use your stored layout – saving repeated typing and formatting.

As administrator, you create staff accounts directly with a user name and password; each person gets their own login. You assign roles and access rights, including roles you define yourself if needed, for example for accounting or site supervision. Your team works on projects together, each with the appropriate access rights.

    The platform and database run on our server in the Falkenstein data centre. Connections via HTTPS only.

  • Separate firms, permissions per person

    Each firm sees only its own data. Your own roles determine who sees, creates, changes or deletes what – down to individual projects.

  • Protected sign-in

    Passwords are not stored in plain text; two-factor sign-in can be enabled.

  • Tracking only with consent

    Statistics and marketing services only load after your consent, with each provider selectable individually. No tracking in the signed-in area of the platform.

Yes. Honodo works for sole practitioners as well as for firms with several locations – for planners and engineers, with or without HOAI. You only pay for the size you book – from one user – and you set up nothing you do not need.

No. You create projects, quotes and invoices without having to learn anything first. No implementation project, no configuration phase, no consultant hours.

Yes. Customers and projects can be synchronised with ERPNext and Odoo in both directions. From clockodo, Honodo imports customers, projects and time entries. Your software is missing? Write to us – we will advise you and look into implementing it.

Directly from within Honodo. You can see the status of your request at any time. We also welcome ideas and requests for new integrations and look into implementing them.

Yes. Numbers, customer, texts and amounts are pre-filled – based on your settings and the previous document. Every value remains editable until you finalise the document. After that it stays unchanged and traceable.

Immediately. Honodo runs in the browser; there is nothing to install. After registering you create your first project right away – the first 14 days are free.

No. The 14 trial days require neither a paid subscription nor payment details. If your promotional code grants free months, these replace the 14 trial days – likewise without a subscription and without payment details. The free period ends automatically; without a subscription your data remains readable afterwards. If you want to keep working, you take out a paid subscription under “Settings → My plan” and grant the SEPA direct debit mandate. The contract term only starts after the free period, or on the day you subscribe if that is later. Percentage discounts, by contrast, apply within a concluded subscription; months with a 100 % discount also count towards the contract term.

No. In addition to HOAI fee proposals, you create quotes with freely defined items – for example by time spent or as a lump sum. Invoices, interim invoices and final invoices are pre-filled from the quote and remain editable until you finalise them; the final invoice automatically deducts interim invoices already issued. The path from quote to invoice works with and without HOAI.

From €39 net per month for one user on the annual contract, or from €49 on the monthly cancellable plan. Team (up to 3 users) and Office (up to 10 users) as well as additional locations and user seats are listed in full in the price table – no feature tiers, no advance payment. The first 14 days are free.

You choose: the annual contract runs for 12 months and renews for 12 months at a time, with 4 weeks’ notice to the end of the term. The flexible option runs for one month, with 2 weeks’ notice. Every billed month can be used in full; details are set out in the terms and conditions.
